- Your Credit Card will be charged 1st Nights Room Charge prior to arrival.
- Cancellations can be made online, from your itinerary, click the "Cancel this Reservation" button and follow the instructions.
- To make changes to your reservation please call our Reservation Department at (813)877-6721 and specify that you booked your reservation online.
- Cancellations made within 1 day(s) of check-in date are subject to a penalty of the Equivalent of First Night Room and Tax Charges. (For Cancellation and change purposes, check-in date is considered to be 12:01 AM PST of the day on which you are scheduled to check in.)
- In the case of multiple Rooms booked, cancellation penalties apply to each Room that is cancelled or changed.
- Prices and Room type availability are subject to availability.
Helpful Information:
CHILDREN: guests age 12 years old and under.
PETS: under 80 pounds are allowed in specific pet friendly rooms (standard section only). Non refundable one time $75 fee is applied and due upon check-in-time.
ROLLAWAY BEDS: can be requested and provided at the rate of U$10 + taxes.
CRIBS: the hotel will provide foldable cribs which must be previously requested when placing the reservation.
No SHOWS will be also charged with a penalty equivalent to one night's room rent. In case of multiple rooms, this policy applies to each booked room.
Room features and preferences are not guaranteed, however the hotel will do it's best to satisfy customer requests.
In high season or crowded dates, the hotel could change the room type for another of equivalent rate as long as it will offer enough accommodation to the number of persons shown on the reservation.
The hotel will grant early check-in when possible but never prior to 09:00AM. Early check-in may be requested but not guaranteed since it is subject to the prior night occupancy and/or the early vacancy of any previously occupied room.
PETS are not to be abandoned or left alone in rooms at anytime, if so, no HOUSEKEEPING service will be provided.
Guests are to inform the Front desk if bringing a PET upon check-in time. Any room with PETS not registered will be charged with an additional penalty of $25 plus the $75 pet fee.
