Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available for all our Spa treatments, and may be used anywhere on the hotel property. For your convenience Gift Certificates may be purchased over the phone and mailed directly to you or to the person to whom it is for. Gift Certificates are non-refundable or redeemable for cash.

We ask that you please arrive at least 15 min. prior to your appointment to avoid compromising the duration of you service(s).

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

We strictly adhere to our cancellation policy. If you must reschedule or cancel an appointment, as a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, please advise us a minimum of 4- hours in advance to avoid being charged in full for the scheduled service. For cancellation of a package, a 24- hour notice is required. All “No Shows” will be billed 100% for their scheduled service.
