Dover Motorsports, Inc. keeps racing forward. In the last year alone, Dover Motorsports, Inc. has overseen the addition of two new CART street races (in Denver and St. Petersburg). The successful inaugurations of the Grand Prix of Denver, and the Grand Prix of St. Petersburg are examples of diversified strategic planning. Over the last two years the brand new Nashville Superspeedway also has done well and NASCAR has awarded the facility two Busch Series races. Recently, Nashville has been mentioned as a possible future site for a Winston Cup race, as has Gateway International Raceway near St. Louis (another Dover Motorsports, Inc. track). With the new races and racetracks comes a commitment to putting on quality events.
