Q: Do the rooms have a fridge and coffee maker?
A: All of our rooms have a mini-fridge, coffee-maker, microwave, iron, and ironing board. All rooms have porcelain tile flooring, plantation black-out shutters, and island themed décor. Executive rooms are located in the main tower with interior access and a full-wet bar additionally. *Executive rooms also have a jetted tub and/or balcony upon request.
Q: How does the complimentary airport/cruiseport shuttle work?
A: For airport pick-up call us direct at either (813) 877-6721 or (800) 876-1397 where an agent will direct you to the nearest ground transportation waiting area. Our shuttle comes by request and will arrive for pick-up within 25 minutes or less. Complimentary shuttle pick-up is available from 9am-9pm daily.
Q: How does the cruise-port shuttle work?
A: Shuttle to the Port of Tampa is a complimentary service the hotel offers daily. Shuttles are on a first-come, first-serve basis; Sign up upon check-in for 9am, 10am, 11am, 12pm, or 1 pm departure to the cruise terminals. We ask that you be in the lobby with your luggage at your scheduled time. The cruise port is a 15 to 20 minute travel time. Please note: *Return shuttle from the Port is available for return reservations only. *Transportation back to your parked vehicle or to the airport after a cruise is not a complimentary service the hotel offers.
Q: What are the hours of the spa and fitness center?
A: Serenity spa is offers massage, skincare and waxing and is by appointment only. Treatment rooms are located on the third floor. Hours are 9am-8pm Mon-Sat and 10am-3pm Sundays. Guests may arrange spa services prior to their arrival date by calling direct: (813) 877-6721 and ask to be transferred to the spa concierge.
Q: What are the hours of your on-site restaurant? Do you offer room service?
A: Tahitian Café is open daily from 7am-3pm and serves a great breakfast and lunch menu favored by Tampa locals. Room service is available druing all open hours of the restaurant. Dining in: Tahitian Café is located near the main lobby entrance and offers the option of indoor or outdoor seating near our beautifully landscaped coy pond.
Q: What is check-in and check-out time
A: Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 12 noon.
Q: What is the difference in your room types?
A: Cabana rooms are located in our attached exterior area near the pool. Executive room types have a full wet bar in the sleeping area, are located in our interior tower building, and many have a jetted tub or balcony. (Available upon request.)
Q: How many different room types do you have?
A: We have three different room types. Cabana rooms are available with King bed or two full size beds. Executive rooms are available with four poster Queen or King size bed. One bedroom suites have a separate living area and are available in either the exterior area with King bed or two Queen beds, or in the interior with four poster Queen and additional pull-out sofa in living area.
Q: What room type do you suggest for a family of four?
A: We suggest the Double Cabana Suite. It is one of our favorite room types! Complete with separate living area to make you feel at home, the double cabana suite has two Queen size beds for comfortable sleeping and two flat screen TVs. Plantation shutters separate the living area from the sleeping area so you can open them and let the daylight in or close them to add a little privacy. This room type is located within feet of our beautiful pool and tiki bar complete with lounge cabana seating.
Q: Do you allow pets? Is there a charge?
A: We are a pet friendly property. We require a one-time non-refundable cleaning fee of $50.00 every 7 days.
Q: We’re going on a cruise, do you offer free parking?
A: Cruise parking is complimentary up to 14 days. Inform us at check-in that you will be leaving a car with us and we will request you fill out a short form with your vehicle information and direct you to the cruise and stay lot. Safe, convenient parking is complimentary for up to 14 days.
